Proposed development of 350 housing units with associated works and commercial development in the designated Rural Area Beyond the Green Belt at Buntingford.

Following the Council’s refusal of permission, the applicant has lodged an appeal. The Planning Inspectorate will hear the appeal at Inquiry and make a determination.
